Wich optimize the practice made at present. With the design of this device I pretend generate an operational, functional and safety system, wich allow a efficient mounting for Pomini Rolling mills. This project contemplate the design of an adjustment management system in the rolling mills with regard to its most important parts such as mill housing, axial bearing and laminating rolls. The care of those pieces prolongs the useful life of the same being that at present it shows that in the mounting of the bedplates, it upset its properties and they are affected by bat fits between them. The information obtain from sister plant helped incipiently in the develop of this project being that the practices made in that provided an clearliest vision about the way to cover the problem and obtain the solution. This work develop the mechanism design tasks for adjustment and alignment of the rolling mills, I created a standard operational system about the proper handling of the mounting and dismounting device of the Pomini rolling mills being that the are wichs shape and adjustment to desired product according the required campaign. The book is conformed for three chapters in which intervene the general aspects, the theoretical structural develop of the project, methodological design of the investigation, analysis of the obtain Resultados as well as validation of research and I culminate with conclusion and recommendations.
