Abstract
Eng: This research refers to the construction of a didactic process that allows the strengthening of the learning process of the Function Object in a group of students from an educational institution in the municipality of Tunja Boyacá, among whom is a student diagnosed with Deficit Disorder of Attention and Hyperactivity (ADHD). The process started from the understanding of the learning problem in mathematics within the group and the analysis of the conflict caused by the disorder and how it affected the normal performance of the learner with ADHD in its simple and complex mathematical processes. From this analysis and the review of references typical of the
mathematical discipline, special educational needs, pedagogy for inclusion and the theory of Didactic Situations; A training model focused on a mixed research route with quantitative prevalence was proposed to strengthen the concept of function, through the approach of didactic situations and the analysis from the categories of semiotic representations, within the framework of a case study of the type descriptive based on three moments: diagnostic test, didactic actions and closure test. As significant results, the characteristics of the learning process of the Object Function were widely identified and with this it was possible to propose a route for the systematic improvement of the learner in situations of direct application of the concept; as well as the
improvement of the context of the student with ADHD, associated with better performance in their skills in the area, added to the interest in learning mathematics and greater motivation towards this type of training process.
