En el presente documento se describen las actividades realizadas durante la pasantía en CEMEX COLOMBIA S.A. Se llevaron a cabo funciones de apoyo en la supervisión de aspectos técnico, administrativo, financiero y contable, en los contratos de obra de los proyectos viales en ejecución por el área de infraestructura, asistiendo personalmente a los contratos INFRA-433-2022 “Construcción a todo costo del parqueadero sección Bachillerato Colegio Angloamericano y el contrato N° 12910022-12960008 “Hogares Soacha Etapa 8 urbanismo cargas locales y cargas municipales. Por medio de este ejercicio se
observó que el seguimiento y control oportuno de la información de cada proyecto en ejecución era indispensable para su correcto desarrollo, por ello surgió la necesidad de proponer un formato de seguimiento e historial de los proyectos ejecutados, esto con el fin de aumentar la claridad en el análisis de la información. De igual manera se brindó el apoyo en el procesamiento y análisis de las patologías presentes en las vías construidas en el proyecto de Hogares las vegas Soacha desde el año 2018, esto con el fin de conocer el estado actual de las vías y entregarlo a la Alcaldía del municipio. Through this exercise it was observed that the timely follow-up and control of the information of each project in execution was indispensable for its correct development, therefore the need arose to propose a format for follow-up and history of the executed projects, in order to increase clarity in the analysis of the
information. Similarly, support was provided in the processing of a diagnosis of pathologies in the roads built in the project of Hogares las vegas-Soacha since 2018, this in order to know the state of the roads and thus manage to deliver it to the final customer
which is the Mayor's Office of the municipality.
